Intended Audience This plan is suited for runners who are already running regularly, and whose goal time is between 35 minutes and 60 minutes for the 10K. It will assist you in creating a detailed training schedule for the final 9 weeks before your race - designed to help you peak on race day. Plan PhilosophyArturo's plan is designed to stress the importance of the workout duration. For each workout, a duration, pace, and distance is recommended. The plan workouts include: relaxed runs, steady runs, interval workouts, and fartleks.
