Our 1” regular plates are casted from only the best ASTM Grade 20 iron. These plates are grinded completely around the edge of every plate leaving no rough edges and leaving it safe for the user and floor. Our gray plates are coated with a durable resin based paint and baked for one hour to assure a finish that is chip, abrasion and corrosion resistant.  Our black plates are coated with a durable satin black enamel paint and baked for one hour to assure a finish that is chip, abrasion and corrosion resistant. The 5' bar is a solid cold rolled steel bar that has a full 36” between the inside collars. The 14" dumbbell handle is drop forged from one piece of solid steel – nothing stronger by weight or design. Fully adjustable to allow user to add and delete weights.
